Thomas started messing about with homemade gin concoctions for fun before discovering his great- grandfather Hubert had a love of making liqueurs and partying. Soon Thomas started recreating Hubert’s recipes but improving them with only the best premium ingredients. He now makes products for Fortnum & Mason as well as Reverend Hubert. Like his great-grandfather he likes a good cocktail and a party. Here endeth the lesson.
